I noticed a sign at Caesars Palace in Las Vegas that currently offers a free hour of slots up to a $100 loss for new players. When you sign up for the player's card, you then go gamble on a machine. For any losses up to $100, Harrah's will send you a voucher that you can redeem on your next visit. I'm not sure if there's anyone on Planet Earth that doesn't already have a Total Rewards card but if you know anyone, now's definitely the best time to sign up.
