Who else but Donald J. Trump qualifies for that dubious honor? His Trump Entertainment Resorts celebrated the holiday by announcing that it plans to "forgo" (read "blow off") an interest payment in order to -- you guessed it -- "restructure the company's finances." Nothing would befit Mr. Trump's career in the casino industry so much as his leaving it. There's definitely a karmic injustice at work when Terry Lanni is a nonperson but Trump still owns a casino company.
Over in Chicago, Trump has been suing Deutsche Bank for having the effrontery not to extend a $640 million loan on Trump International Hotel & Tower. (Then again, why does anybody loan money to Trump anymore?) Now he's about to receive a dollop of his own castor oil, as Deutsche Bank is counter-suing to lay hands upon his $40 million personal guarantee. While the Trumpster may be good for the money, Deutsche Bank could always settle for his massive reservoir of orange hair dye.
