Yesterday, Fontainebleau staffers were seen pulling out of the corporate office on Convention Center Drive. An S&G source says furniture was being trucked out and it looked like the evacuation was almost finished.
Are Echelon and CityCenter also dead in the water or are they sort of on schedule? Can they be added to the list with Losee Station? Just curious.
Losee Station hasn't even received zoning approval yet. Durango Station, though, has had several false starts and a Station megaresort proposed for the Wild Wild West site appears to have gone into a deep freeze. CityCenter, I'm happy to say, is on track to open on schedule (except for the "Harmonini"). Echelon will probably resume in a scaled-down form once lending conditions improve ... though that could take some time.
