Silverton Food Bargain

Today (the 18th) and tomorrow you can eat at any of the Silverton casino restaurants for 50% off (except the wonderful Twin Creeks steak restaurant). Their buffet is one of our favorites. I always chose the lima beans, and Brad has been making their strawberry shortcake his only dessert choice for years, even back in the days when their old buffet served it.

We also like the Sundance coffee shop, especially the Chinese chicken salad and crunchy French toast. We haven’t eaten in the Mexican restaurant but I hear good reports about it. The discount is also good in the Shady Grove and Mermaid lounges. You must have a player’s card but you can get the discount whether you pay in cash or use your points.

The only downside to this bargain -meal offer is that it will be very popular and the lines will be long, unless you have a higher-tier players card that will give you priority seating rights. Therefore, you might want to choose an off-time rather than prime meal hours.
