MGM Mirage Players Club Computer System Still Down

Just got this e-mail from an Internet friend, reporting on a message she received when she tried to log on to her online MGM Mirage players club account:   “The site is currently under maintenance. We are improving our Players Club system and playersclub.com is currently down. We apologize for the inconvenience; we expect to be fully functional by Friday, January 16.

”If you are visiting playersclub.com to do any of the following, please come back on Friday:

  • Join Players Club
  • Update account information
  • View slot or Holiday Gift Shoppe point balances
  • Request or view a tax information statement
  • Set marketing preferences

”If you are visiting the website to book a promotion, make a reservation, communicate with your host, or for any other immediate needs, please contact your preferred property casino marketing department at the appropriate number. Thank you for your patience and we look forward to being able to better service you.”

shysue's Gravatar As of 1/26 I still can't get into the Players Club website. I just get the "Page cannot be displayed" error message. Wonder if they have a new URL for the website? or what is going on. I'd sure like to see what offers I have available. Guess I could call their marketing dept. but will have to do a bit of research to fine their phone number. Oh well.

Marilyn's Gravatar Still trying to find my old site that showed my Offers

shysue's Gravatar Hi Marilyn, I was finally able to get into the MGM Players Club website by using Firefox instead of Internet Explorer. For some reason the website just rejects attempts to access it from IE. I was able to see my offers, pull up 2008 win/loss report, everything - neat!
