I’m not being lazy – I always have plenty of things to write about. But I can’t be everywhere and cover every gambling topic that I’d like to. So for that reason I want to point you to another blog that today is covering a topic that is dear to my heart – What It Takes to be a Very Successful Gambler. This is the subject in the blog of David Matthews, at http://lasvegasadvisor.com/blogs/dmatthews/. Although David’s blog is titled “Gambling in Space,” you can find him writing about almost any gambling subject in heaven and on earth – and maybe sometimes in a little corner of “hell.” After you read his blog entry of today, you might want to scroll down and read some of his past ones – you will find a lot of interesting and helpful gambling information.
While I am on the subject of blogs, I would also like to tell you about the other two on this LVA site. David McGee talks about what’s happening in the casino-business world at http://lasvegasadvisor.com/blogs/dmckee/. And Robin Camacho talks about what’s happening in the real estate world at http://lasvegasadvisor.com/blogs/rcamacho/.
You can access any of these blogs from the lasvegasadvisor.com homepage or at http://www.lasvegasadvisor.com/blogs.cfm. And what you might not know is that you can “subscribe” to any of our blogs and you will be notified by e-mail when there is a new entry. To do this, go to the specific blog you want, and down at the bottom left of the page there is a place to put your e-mail address and then click on "Subscribe" You will receive an e-mail right away asking you to verify that you indeed want to subscribe. After you "verify," you will automatically be alerted by e-mail when there is a new posting.
And, remember, you can always go back and read old entries in any of our blogs. Some of the information might be outdated, but much of the gambling information I give is timeless.
