Many of you have written to ask whether Brad and I would ever be at some public function where people could meet us – to exchange coupons, to have me autograph your Frugal books, or just to chat about frugal gambling. 

Well, this coming Saturday, September 19, is just such an opportunity. Since we both are feeling better - finally over the flu (or whatever we had), we plan to be at the monthly luncheon at the Gold Coast buffet organized by vpFREE. The group meets in front of the buffet and enters together promptly at 11:30 a.m.  

Haven’t signed up to vpFree yet? No problem, you can subscribe at vpFREE-subscribe@yahoogroups.com.   This is free site. Duh! Maybe you guessed that by the name! I predict that if you play video poker, you will wonder how you ever got along without the information you find there. And even if you only play slots, you will find it a good resource about slot clubs, comps and other related subjects.  

Hope to see a lot of you all Saturday.    Bring your coupons and be prepared to make some new frugal friends!

Just a reminder about the Gaming Authors Meet-and-Greet this Sunday, March 9, from 1:00-2:30 p.m.  in the Sound Trax Lounge at Palace Station. I will be there, as will be Steve Bourie, Scot Krause, and Henry Tamburin. Mystery book writer Donna Foley Mabry will also be attending to meet fans of her Las Vegas-based mystery book series. First will be a general Q+A session for the whole group, followed by time for one-on-one discussion with the authors, and the chance to buy their books and/or get your previously purchased ones autographed. 

Admission is FREE, and there will be FREE drawings for door prizes, FREE giveaways and a special coupon sheet for all attendees.  Brad and I always look forward to seeing old frugalite friends and making new ones.  

Also, remember that you set the clocks forward Saturday night.
