That title wasn't just an attention-grabber. It really IS cold here in the Seattle area. My daughter had major surgery yesterday, and I flew up to help her recuperate. I'll return by Saturday.
In the meantime, my Blackberry, fax machine and laptop are getting quite a workout. All this new technology has made life so simple that I can now work all night reviewing the three offers I received on that approved Summerlin short sale today!
