Mortgage Rates Drop

I just received an excited note from one of my mortgage colleagues stating that mortgage rates are at historic lows. I don't want to quote her rates because I know rates depend on an individual's overall credit profile...but I was amazed.

This is great news if you're looking to buy or refinance into a fixed rate mortgage. If you were planning to use funds from a home equity line of credit to purchase an investment or second home, you can take advantage of the lower prime rate as well.

I'm a licensed mortgage broker, but I am concentrating on my real estate clients this year. If I can answer any questions or provide you with a referral, feel free to contact me.
