Private, But Out-of-the-Way - John Deaux (04/20/2014)
If you want a nice, quiet, private, "topless optional" pool in which to relax, this may be the place for you. Unfortunately, the pool is not very big, and there are no "chaise longues". Aside from the four cabanas, there are only ten "oversized daybeds", which just doesn't work for those who want to sit up and...well...do anything sitting up. And because it's surrounded by trees, half the daybeds quickly get swallowed up in the shade. So if you're not among the first few parties to get there and grab a daybed, you're going to be out of luck.
Great for the Alternative Crowd - Aqua21 (05/04/2012)
This hotel is so unique and so is the pool. The vibe is alternative, tattooed, trendy, funky. This is not a mainstream pool. Don't go here if you're Mr. and Mrs. "Midwest". Also, the music is LOUD, and it's a party scene, so if you don't want that don't bother, if you do, leave your whole day and evening free because you'll want to stay!

I just had to check this one out, so I showed up at 4 on Sunday. It looks like a little Tao pool, with three cabanas and $5 Bud. There were bare boobs. This one isn't on the LVA list for topless, but it was definitely being allowed. Good music, but kind of a funky scene. OK, but here's the thing -- more people kept showing up. I'm thinking this might get going as the night goes on.
