If that is not possible, we need a copy of the error message you encountered or a specific description of what happened. If a technical problem is preventing you from placing an order, in addition to filling out this form, please call our order desk at 800/244-2224 during regular business hours, and our agents will be glad to complete your order over the phone. If you encountered an error message: The most valuable thing you can do is to send us that entire message. In fact, if you can send us the error message itself, that is usually all the information we need, and you can skip the rest of the questions. If you don't already have a copy of the error message, click here to open a new copy of the LVA site in a new window. Using the new window, recreate whatever you did to cause the error, then select the entire page and copy it (click on the "edit" menu and choose "copy"). Finally, return to this window and paste the message into the form below ("edit"/"paste"). Don't worry if the formatting gets messed up or if the error looks like gibberish to you - trust us, it will be very valuable to us. If you are unable to recreate the error, there is an excellent chance we won't be able to recreate it either. If you are encountering an error that does not produce an error message, or you otherwise feel we need more information, please tell us what you did to cause the error (what page were you on? what did you click on?), and what happened (did the page just never come up? did your browser crash?).
