While Las Vegas has yet, and is unlikely anytime soon, to follow Atlantic City's
lead and ban all smoking in casinos, there is some accommodation being made
for non-smokers. Poker rooms in particular -- formerly about the smokiest places on
the planet -- are now almost all entirely non-smoking, and many of the properties in
this section also set aside areas of the pit and slot floor for non-smokers. (A few
of the non-gaming hotels are now totally smoke-free too; you'll see it indicated in
our listings, where applicable.)
