NON SMOKING AREAS
While Las Vegas has yet, and is unlikely anytime soon, to follow Atlantic City's lead and ban all smoking in casinos, there is some accommodation being made for non-smokers. Poker rooms in particular -- formerly about the smokiest places on the planet -- are now almost all entirely non-smoking, and many of the properties in this section also set aside areas of the pit and slot floor for non-smokers. (A few of the non-gaming hotels are now totally smoke-free too; you'll see it indicated in our listings, where applicable.)
