The 117,000 gallon artificial reef at the Silverton is home to over 4,000 tropical fish. During feedings, a marine biologist, outfitted with a full-face communication mask, interacts with guests and answers questions from the audience. A second tank houses a 20,000 gallon Nevada lake display, including enormous channel catfish, huge carp and bass, while the final exhibit is a 28,000 gallon rapid flowing canyon display which is home to seven species of ducks, channel catfish, Koi, bluegills, turtles and a sturgeon.
Mermaid shows are Thurs-Sun only. Thurs, 2:15 p.m.-8:45 p.m. every 15 minutes. Fri & Sat, 2:15 p.m.-9:45 p.m. every 15 minutes. Sun, noon-7:10 p.m. every 15 minutes.
