Designed by WET, the company responsible for the Bellagio fountain show, the Mirage volcano has had a $25 million facelift, including the addition of 152 FireShooters which shoot flames and fireballs during the show and a giant FireShooter completing the show with a fire eruption 60 feet into the air. The entire show is choreographed to a soundtrack specially composed by drummer Mickey Hart of the Grateful Dead and Indian tabla virtuoso Zakir Hussain.
This show is weather permitting and hours vary by season.
