I am only giving this place 2 stars because of the nice Persian waitress that took care of my table, she was very friendly and polite. As for the rest of this place, I swear I have seen better food in places that charge $10-$12 for their buffets in Los Angeles. Very unhappy, miserable looking servers behind the counter, very unfriendly and rude, but then what you expect when your employer barely pays you anything and ... Anyways, if you don't mind the 5-6 mile drive, you can go to buffets in smaller hotels that the locals frequent and get better food for $30-$40 cheaper. The food at Bacchanal Buffet is nothing special and badly prepared, stay away.

Cleanliness - D Borowitz (07/03/2014) - 1 out of 5 stars
My family of four went there July2nd. As my son and wife were getting their food I noticed that under our table was filthy. Pieces of salmon sticking to my shoe. And the bench was also stained with food and drinks. I lost my appetite. I asked our server and I was approached by the asst. manager Taylor. Bad attitude, I showed her the mess and said they could move us and give us a free drink as complimentary. I asked for a refund. In leaving I told here I will go some place clean like the nearest Denny's. The manager wouldn't even come out to inspect. Cleanliness I rated a 1, attentiveness 3, food, I don't know lost my appetite.

Bacchanal dinner buffet - Lam nguyen (05/11/2014) - 2 out of 5 stars
Way over price. Food is so so comparing to Bellagio buffet. Service is slow but expected big tips. Place is noisy because of a group of loud chinese tourists, i ask to change the table but the waitress ignore my request .. No tip for her.

2/13/14. 10 minute wait at 4pm. All the food we had was very good. What set this buffet apart from the others was the freshness and specific tastes of each item. We definitely will eat here again, but only for a special treat due to the high cost.

Brunch - LVGAMBLER (02/12/2014) - 1 out of 5 stars
I had the Sunday brunch on 2-9-14 and the only reason I gave it a "1" is because you can't put in a "0". The sushi was just some cut rolls with very little fish. The crab legs were precut causing them to be dry. Just about everything else was sub par for a high end buffet. The scrimp was the decent thing there. I'm sure glad my brother had a meal comp for us.

Well worth the price - ribbit66 (08/30/2013) - 5 out of 5 stars

too much $ for a buffet - lv frecuent visitor (06/24/2013) - 3 out of 5 stars
good food and service ,very good desserts, but i think is too much money ($35.00) for a lunch buffet,in my personal opiniĆ³n planet Hollywood buffet is the best in quality and Price.

Disappointed - Transam (06/17/2013) - 1 out of 5 stars
Wife and I went there June 5 for dinner to celebrate 30th anniversary. Read other reviewers comments on how good it is. Food was disappointing. Crab was tasteless, prime rib was over-cooked, dry and cut very thin even after asking for thick cut. Lamb chops were hit and miss, some cooked right some over-cooked. One of the clams in my bucket was filled with a black muck - chef said it was sand. Many hot foods were cold. Lasagna was cold on the inside and the shell was hard. The presentation was impressive but the food was disappointing. Corn dogs and fried pig skins at a high end buffet? For being the most expensive dinner buffet in Las Vegas I expected much more. In my opinion, the food at the regular buffet at their Rio property is equal to or better than this buffet and I don't eat at Rio anymore. In my opinion, other high end hotels on the strip have better buffets at lower prices. If you do go here, don't forget you can save one whole dollar off the buffet price by using your players card.
