Poor Customer Service - VanessaB (12/28/2015) - 2 out of 5 stars
We chose the Bellagio as the place for your wedding dinner for our family. We were definitely disappointed in the customer service and their lack of handling situations. We called a week before going down to reserve a table because we were 9 people. We were informed that they don't take reservations over the holidays. Fair enough. When we arrived to pay it was a completely different story. The lady stated crudely that we should have called to reserve a table. We waited 15-20 minutes for them to set a table up for us. Which honestly doesn't surprise me since they leave dirty tables for long periods of time before cleaning them. The kicker though was that they pulled other people out of the line up to seat them. I became very upset, the hostess then stated through her mic that the bride was getting upset and proceeded to roll her eyes. We finally get seated to find out that the main dish, lobster tails, that we came here for wasn't even offered. We stated well its listed on your website under the dates that we were there. From there the server stated he would get a manager. Well a manager never showed up. The sous chef showed up. This isn't the sous chefs fault and he shouldn't have had to deal with it. We still asked for the manager but she never showed up. She was hiding in the corner waiting for the sous chef to report to her. The only response we got was a we're sorry. How can you advertise something on your menu and not offer it or offer some form of compensation? When we left we spoke to the manager and she didn't have anything extra to add except for excuses. She did thank us though for pointing out their mistake. The food that was on the buffet was good but the customer service and lack of dealing with a situation was horrible. We should have gone to the Caesars buffet like we originally planned.

Bellagio Breakfast one of the best - candydave (11/06/2015) - 4 out of 5 stars
We just got back from Vegas and went to Bellagio buffet for a breakfast buffet and a lunch. Both very good. Hadn't been in a while and was pleasantly surprised with the quality. The Eggs Benedict was our second favorite we have had (Wicked Spoon our fav.) and the bacon was nice and crispy. Made to order omelette wonderful as well as Prime Rib, mango yogurt with granola, fresh fruit options, and pastries. Would definitely go back again. Only down side is it's a little pricey.
