I have no clue why the one-star bandit below decided to give it that rating, but if there was a "Five star plus" rating, this restaurant would get it. Its size is somewhere between Le Cirque and Circo, but the ambiance is a bit more open than the former. The staff is incredibly attentive, anticipating your every request and adhering to requests down to the finest detail. The food is simply astounding...well worth the price of dinner. For those of you wanting a cheaper experience, I recommend the pre-dinner prix fixe menu at only $55 per person.

My wife and I went there for our anniversary and it's probably one of the most memorable meals we have had in LV. The wine selections and food were perfectly paired...we will do this again
