Fake chateaubriand - expiper (09/03/2009) - 1 out of 5 stars

What a disappointment! We have had brunch here on several occasions. We thought we would try dinner...BIG mistake. Our waiter needs to find another profession. However, the WORST experience was the chateaubriand for two...I had heard rumors about pre-cooked beef but this was the first time I think I experienced it. I seriously doubt if the beef slices were from the same cow. Obviously there was NO slicing of the meat at the table, every pre-sliced piece was only medium rare on the inside (meaning, it was not sliced in the kitchen). We told the manager who we knew previously. Sadly, he knew EXACTLY what I meant by "pre-cooked". We will NEVER go back.

I love this restaurant. We live in Vegas and stumbled a crossed this restaurant after having a bad experience at the steak house in the Venetian. The service is excellent, the food (ALL) is the best, the atmosphere is great and it’s fairly quiet no matter how full plus the staff is very friendly! My family and I go often!
