The best view of any restaurant in Vegas (insert "duh" here). One of the few non-steakhouse joints in town where you can get Kobe beef...and for cheaper than at Prime or Striphouse. Order the chocolate Stratosphere tower for dessert, you won't regret it (unless you're on a diet).
