Our Favorite - hkrumnow1 (07/15/2010) - 5 out of 5 stars
We have eaten at many, many restaurants in Vegas but this one is our favorite. Very nice yet not overly so. The staff is friendly but not hoovering. The menu is not to big, not too small. If you like meat this is your joint. The steaks are amazing but I get the pork tenderloin because it's even better. We never make a trip to Vegas without eating here. Several of the sides are delicious: tamales, roasted corn, brussle sprouts, mashed potatos. Don't miss this place! It's a pricey meal but still far less than the more pretentious places.

Truly excellent - gfallar (08/28/2009) - 4.5 out of 5 stars
We have been searching for a new favorite place for our 5-6 times a year for fun plus a couple for biz trips to Vegas ever since Commanders Palace closed. Mesa Grill may be it! The food is truly excellent and the menu is exactly the right size. The service is also excellent, the servers are friendly and attentive without hovering. The atmosphere is also great, with different seating levels offering a feeling of privacy. The noise level is also good, we don't like the raucous noise levels in many 'upscale' restaurants these days. Give it a try, you won't be disappointed.

First class dining experience. Food was great & service was attentive but not overbearing. I had the lambchops w/pumpkin tamale and both were excellent. Only negative is that the tables for two were so close you heard everything said at the neighboring table.
