First...I love this casino and everything about it. Good food..great gaming...great service staff.I have stayed at the M 3 or 4 times. It's clean and friendly and feels like home. I would highly reccomend the M Resort to anyone looking for a great casino expierience. Only had one problem, and it was a bit bizarre and a bit intimidating. Returning to my room in the middle of the day after a great time at the 3 card poker table, had an incident. As I was approaching my room with key card in hand I noticed a M employee entering my room pushing a cart. Turns out the mini bar was due to be restocked. The employee seemed pleasant enough and smiled as he allowed me to enter the room ahead of him. Long story short...this fella began to tell me a tale of woe about his personal life and everything that was going bad for him including being underpaid, his girlfirend(pregnant) can't afford gas, etc. etc. Then he hit me up for some cash. You know, whatever I could spare he would sure appriciate. He stood between me and the door to the hallway in an imposing way (big guy) African American, looking desperate. Like I said, he was friendly enough but at the same time I was floored when he outright asked me for some cash. Well I talked my way out of having to make a dontation by explaining that I was darn near peniless myself. He appeared to get nervous and apologized for any inconveinence then left the room. I will not let the actions of one employee keep me from this great resort, but I must say I was very uncomfortable during this one encounter.

best overall resort/casino in town; however, high-limit video poker pay tables were recently tightened.
