It was my Birthday and i was driving around and decided to try the steak & lobster special I saw on the billboard. Not only was it GOOD I ordered another. The price $5.99! 2 orders and my drinks plus tip $20! I was smiling the whole time lol! I've been a regular ever since to this off the strip GEM! Never judge a book by it's cover.

Great place to eat on a budget. During DAV Convention in Aug great price and food. My friend was in an electric wheelchair and we had ample space. I recommend the chicken & ribs and wash it down with stout. I'm planning to revisit again in a few weeks. It beats Bally's hands down.

First place I always visit - Noisywater53 (02/15/2014) - 4 out of 5 stars
Despite the other reviews I still enjoy the casino and the steak dinner plus the microbrews are great!

After staying away for years, my wife and I went back for a promotional offer. This dingy, dark, den has changed, but it is still a waste of time. The employees were once sticklers for coupon rules. Now they just change the rules. We won a little money, but not enough to justify the annoyance.

In the late 1990s I lived in Las Vegas. I was single then and worked a lot. The then $3.99 steak dinner was usually very good and a bargain after work. The employees were usually very accommodating so it was a nice place to relax with a drink and gamble a bit. Last week my wife and visited L.V. and went to Ellis Island. What a disappointment. The steak dinner even at what today is a reasonable price is a best passible. The staff was at best treating people (when they got around to them) like they were doing them/us a favor. Everything changes, it either get better or worse, in this case its worse, much worse. So as not to seem like I'm picking on Ellis Island I found this Las Vegas on the whole to be over priced with very poor customer service. I'm sure there are exceptions but I have no inclination to search them out and don't think I should have to.
