Fremont logo Fremont Located in the heart of the downtown entertainment district, this historic hotel-casino features approx.. 500 guest rooms and suites and does not charge a resort fee. On-site dining options tend to be casual, with a leaning toward Pacific-Rim cuisine, but there are plenty of outside eateries within easy walking distance, plus a complimentary shuttle takes guests to sister property Sam's Town on Boulder Highway, and from there to the Strip. The casino offers a race and sports book, table games, and slots, including low-denomination favorites on "Penny Lane."

We stay over MLK weekend and our room was on the 14th floor and it was bad!. There was no curtains on the walls, the double beds were so small that they were for little children not adults, the shower head pipe was coming out of the wall, bathroom was so small barley could close the door to sit on the toilet. I will never stay here again. When you book this hotel do your research.

The history of almost every casino is a steady decline in the quality of video poker. Fremont took out some old Pick 'Em poker machines -- and replaced them with new ones. This game pays back almost 100 percent (with maximum bet and optimum play). At one time, Pick 'Em was available all over Las Vegas. This is the now the only place I know of. The game is slightly different, and nearly everyone who tries it has fun.

Not offered as advertised - rogue724 (08/31/2015) - 1 out of 5 stars
I am not sure ANY of the advertised rates and "deals" are actually offered when you click through. I have tried 4 so far and NONE are actually offered at BestofVegas
