Arrived in Vegas a day early. Couldn't find a reasonably priced roomfora Tuesday night. Wife suggested calling the Vegas Club. They had rooms for $25 a night. Stayed in the S. Tower on thetop floor. Both S. Tower elevators worked on this trip. Casino was busy. We used to stay at Vegs Club every trip, but after a couple of bad experiences, we strayed away from the hotel. This trip, no problems. Room was clean but worn. Tamares Group is not spending any money on upgrades at the Plaza or Vegas Club in these tough econmic times. Will be back, good economically priced rooms for those of us who don't want to spend the gambling budget on hotel stays.

Back again for another 5 days and everything was great. We had a "suite" this time and it was clean, jacuzzi worked great and wow! what a shower!!
Only thing that got on my nerves was the music in the casino (sometimes I played for six to eight straight hours). Music was good but it was all on a loop so eventually you'd hear the same song over and over. The theme from "The Good, the Bad and the Ugly" will be forever tatooed on my brain! Other than that, we will be back!!

Booked the two day weekend July 26-27. Paid for an upgrade to the "better rooms" in the North Tower. Cigarette burns everywhere in a "nonsmoking room", carpet stained, no stopper for the tub, and the toilet made a honking noise about every five minutes!! After waiting for the maintenance man to verify had to move to another room. More carpet stains and cigarette burns. Unexplained charges on my credit card when I got home. Never staying here again.

Just returned from a 5 day trip my 4th staying at the Vegas Club in 2 years time. The help from checkin to bell hops and Bartenders are the best downtown. This is a small casino so it works great for me because of my need to rent a scooter I can get around just fine and I also hit a couple small jackpots see you all again in October God willing

Just returned from a 6 night stay and as always, the Vegas Club is tops in our book. The waitresses and casino staff were very friendly. Went to the newly opened Tinoco's Kitchen (Italian) a couple of times. This place is new but the grub is fantastic. I would go here over Lombardi's (Plaza) any day. Room was in good order, no problems at all. WE WILL BE BACK!

I was shocked when I entered my room. It was clean from top to bottom a lot better than I expected. The price was awesome and I couldn't be happier. I WILL stay here from now on every time I visit Vegas. I ate in the dinning room once and it was good. Not one complaint. For the price of the other places--my question to you is WHY ??
