Stayed here with my wife from 25 January-28 January, 2010. The carpeting and decorations are really showing their age...and are in need of renovation soon. But that was about the only complaint I have about this hotel. We got a tower suite for the three nights and were extremely impressed with the room and service provided.

food - aquil1 (02/11/2009) - 2 out of 5 stars
While visiting the mirage two weeks ago, our party always enjoyed the buffet food. remarkable.but this time something has changed. I had the prime rib,, i could not cut it with a butter knife . rare mind you. i think the quality of the prime rib went way down, but the price is still the same.

I have never won any money at the Mirage!! The rooms are okay but too pricey. The food choices are good. But I dont care for the casino since I have lost money both times I stayed here. I just get a bad vibe here. On the plus side the movie "Vegas Vacation" with Chevy Chase was filmed here. And to be fair, it is a beautiful hotel/casino with a sweet pool area.

nice hotel - nonsense (12/05/2008) - 4 out of 5 stars
The Mirage is a nice place to stay and play. the have a great pool area and some good places to eat.they do a good job of taking care of their guests.

horrible buffet - hangten (11/13/2008) - 1 out of 5 stars
I don't know how Las Vegas Advisor can recommend this buffet. It is the worst (well maybe not the worst) but the worst of the high priced buffets in Vegas. My wife and I go to Vegas 2 - 3 times yearly and have tried them all. We found it was poor quality and small selection considering the high price. The lady at the cash was rude and indifferent. NEVER NEVER AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!

room, pool,elegance - Valerie (10/12/2008) - 5 out of 5 stars
Every thing about this hotel is gorgeous. It was my first time in Las Vegas. The rooms are beautiful, the lobby is gorgeous, the pool is fantatic - everything is so convenient. This trip was a dream come true. I would positively go back to the Mirage after walking around and visiting most of the others on the strip. Entertainment at the Beatles Cirque was an experience I will never forget. I'm not a big gambler, but had a ball on the slots (the cheaper ones), and still, drinks were free. I can't give this hotel enough praise - just absolutely fantastic.

Buffet - FunInVegas (10/05/2008) - 3 out of 5 stars
Went to buffet in April 08 as the result of LVA's rating. It was okay, but a noticeable step down from the Spice Market buffet, which is where I wish that I had taken my two buddies.
