Need a break from the casinos? Non-gambling activities abound in Las Vegas -- everything from roller coasters to fine-art museums, pirate battles to haute couture. There are full-blown theme parks and individual thrill rides, top-shelf shopping malls and bargain outlet centers, public extravaganzas and dark movie theaters, wildlife exhibits and a wax museum, even free chocolate. Many activities are free. Some will appeal to kids of all ages, while others are for adults only. But one thing's for sure: The only way to arrive in Las Vegas and not find fun things to do is in a coffin.
