Located in North Las Vegas close to the Las Vegas Motor Speedway, Ojos Locos ("Crazy Eyes") is the former Lucky Club, which was the former Speedway Casino. It was rebranded in early 2023 as a popular Dallas-based sports-bar chain in order to cater to the local Latino market. Ojos Locos is also known as the "Mexican Hooters"; the waitresses wear skimpy outfits as they roam the barn-like casino-bar-restaurant area, serving slot players (no table games) and sports fans watching the video wall and one big screen. Of course, the restaurant is Mexican, all the named spaces are in Spanish, the place is decked out in vivid colors, and mariachi music plays over the PA. Ojos Locos claims to be the first and only U.S. casino that specifically caters to a Latin clientele and we have no reason to doubt it.
The casino also has a three-story motel with 85 rooms offering LCD televisions, complimentary wifi, hair dryers, and a seasonal pool.
