The Plaza anchors Fremont Street downtown, looking straight at it from the corner of Fremont and Main. The hotel-casino offers 1,000 bargain rooms and a seasonal pool and deck on the roof of the casino, as well as Oscar's restaurant in the iconic dome overlooking the Fremont Street Experience and good value in the casino, which is highly competitive with the good value of most of downtown. The Plaza was the model for Biff Tannen's Pleasure Paradise casino in the movie Back to the Future II.
