Treasure Island was built as a "bedroom community" for the Mirage, but over the years it has come into its own. The hotel rooms are standard-sized and feature floor-to-ceiling windows, flat-screen TVs, and marble-floored bathrooms. The casino, too, is standard, with the usual games and machines. Hotel amenities include a pool and hot tub, spa, fitness center, the long-running "Mystere" (Cirque du Soleil's first Las Vegas show), and a half-dozen restaurants; the big Fashion Show Mall is directly across the street. Both garage and valet parking are free.
