Essentially accessible only to those with skill and/or money, it's the kind of world in which on any given nights, you might find Alex Rodriguez in a game with Phil Hellmuth; where six-figure sums change routinely; and where occasionally, people get killed. As usual from Kaplan, a credible and compelling account and recommended read.
