We called a range of casinos for their in-house* cleaning charges. Here's what we found:
Bellagio –- Suit, $14.75 dry cleaned; shirt, $7.75 dry cleaned, $7.50 laundered. If you drop off before 9:30 a.m. it will be back at 7 p.m. For rush it's $10 extra if you order before 2 p.m. and $15 extra after 2 p.m.
Caesars Palace –- Suit, $18.75 dry cleaned; shirt, $10 dry cleaned, $8 laundered. If you drop off by 11 a.m. it'll be back between 3 p.m. and 7 p.m. For rush it's $15 extra.
MGM Grand –- Suit, $15 dry cleaned; shirt, $7.75 dry cleaned, $7.50 laundered. IDrop off before 9:30 a.m. to get it back sometime after 7 p.m. For rush its $10 extra if you order before 2 p.m. and $20 extra after.
Sahara –- Suit, $11 dry cleaned, 75% of the cleaning cost for any press; shirt, $5.25 dry cleaned or laundered. If you drop off before 9:30 a.m. it will be back at 6 p.m. They don't offer a rush service.
Flamingo –- Suit, $15 dry cleaned; shirt, $8 dry cleaned, $7.75 laundered. If you drop off between 8 a.m. and 9 a.m. it'll be back between 6 p.m. and 8 p.m. No rush delivery.
Fitzgeralds –- Suit, $11 dry cleaned; shirt, $5.15 dry cleaned, $3.25 laundered. If you drop off at 5 a.m. it will be back at 4 p.m. (they suggest dropping it off the night before, unless you get up -- or are still up -- at 4:30 a.m. while in Vegas!)
*Technically they're not "in-house," of course, but are industrial outside services that cater to corporate customers.
Non-casino cleaning services:
Arrow Cleaners & Laundromat, 4503 Paradise Rd. Hours: Mon-Sat, 7 a.m.-7 p.m. last load at 5:30 p.m. Wash-and-fold $1.55/lb with a 6 lb. minimum. Self-wash $1.50, self-dry $1.00. To get a suit dry cleaned is $9.50; $4.25 to dry clean a men's shirt or $2.50 for laundry. This is the only company we found that offers a pick up/delivery service from and to your hotel. It's a flat fee of $20 on top of the cleaning charges and the timing depends on the driver's rounds that day. Call to arrange on 702/735-0642.
24 Hours Laundromat, 3547 S. Maryland Pkwy. Hours: 24 hrs. Wash-and-fold $10 for the first 5 lbs. and $1.50/lb after that. Self-wash $1.50, self-dry $.25 for 8 mins.

Fluff and Fold, 6186 W. Flamingo Rd. Hours: 8 a.m.-8:30 p.m. Wash-and-fold $1.50/lb. Self-wash $1.75, self-dry $.25 for 7 mins.
A Laundromat, 1801 E. Tropicana Ave. Hours: Tues-Sun, 7:30 a.m.-7:30 p.m. They do not offer wash-and-fold. Self-wash is $1.25, self-dry is $.25 for 12 mins.
Cora’s Coin Laundry, 1097 E. Tropicana Ave. Hours: 8 a.m.-8 p.m. Wash-and-fold $.75/lb. Self-wash $1, self-dry $.25 for 10 mins.
Launderland, 2625 E. Tropicana Ave. Hours: Mon-Thurs, 7 a.m.-10 p.m., Sat & Sun, 6 a.m.-10 p.m. Wash-and-fold $1/lb. with a 10 lb. minimum. Self-wash $1.50/lb, self-dry $.25 for 7 mins.
