We looked into that a while back (in a non-QoD context) and found that the downtown Fitzgeralds is operated by a discrete Don Barden-owned entity and not impacted by the bankruptcy. He was trying to sell it a while back, to raise money to finish his Pittsburgh casino (which was basically taken away from him, due to insolvency), but he didn’t find any takers back then and is unlikely to do so until there is a significant improvement in the economy.
