United Coin basically has the "Trailer Station"* market to itself and exec Rob Woodson says the 16 traveling machines pay "about the same" as those in a casino, returning 92%-98% of coin-in. It's almost a moot question to Woodson, who laments, "We almost never get anybody to come." A June 8 temporary casino at Skinny Dugan's Pub generated a $17 net win (mostly from a couple of LVA members, we think).
Yes, the entitlement is preserved no matter how few or how many people show up and, no, food and beverage service are not required. All that's needed is to plug a bank of slots in for eight hours, pack 'em up and go home.
