You can purchase your tickets in advance, according to the specific rules of the box office (it differs from show to show in terms of how far in advance you may purchase tickets), but you do need to purchase those tickets in person and present the coupon intact in your LVA Member Rewards Book in order to receive the discount.
Even though some of our offers, like those for shows at Caesars Entertainment properties, have codes on them, these are not valid online or over the phone. One box office employee we spoke with explained that it's because so many people forget to bring their coupon when they go to pick up their tickets, which leads to an awkward situation for both parties.
