The good news is, we managed, through knowing the right people, to track down the cocktail sauce used in Cravings buffet at the Mirage, which we assume is the one you were referring to. It's made by Girard's, which makes a wide range of salad dressings and other condiments. The bad news is, from what we can see, it's not available via retail outlets, only to trade. Other Girard's products are available over the counter, but we haven't tracked down anyone selling the cocktail sauce. If anyone out there knows of a retail vendor, please pass on the details. Thanks!
