Question of the Day — 12 Jul 2018

I need some suggestions as to where I can take my 19-year-old grandson when we come out this month for a family memorial. Can you provide me with a list of the places of interest that I may take him to.

Actually, he can do anything that doesn’t involve gambling or drinking. And if he’s never been to Vegas before, just about anything he sees or does will be new and fun for him.

Here’s a quickie list of 21 ideas off the top of our heads, from free to expensive:

A ride up and down the Strip

The Mirage volcano and Bellagio fountain show

Fremont Street Experience canopy show and downtown scene

A walk through casinos (so he can see what he can do in a couple years)

Shark Tank at the Golden Nugget

Pinball Hall of Fame

eSports at Neonopolis or Luxor

Neon Museum

A ride through Red Rock Canyon

VR Adventures at the LINQ Promenade

Roller coaster at New York-New York

Any buffet

Mac King show

High Roller Ferris wheel

Vegas Indoor Skydiving

Top of the Eiffel Tower

Madame Tussaud Wax Museum

Rio or Fremont Street ziplines

Rides at the top of the Stratosphere Tower

Any Cirque du Soleil Show

Helicopter ride over the Strip

We’re sure QoDers have more ideas, which we’d like to hear.
