Blue Ribbon Sushi Bar & Grill

Blue Ribbon Restaurants was founded in 1992 with the Brasserie in SoHo, Manhattan. Today, 20 locations include brasseries, fried chicken spots, a wine bar and beer garden, food service at the Brooklyn Bowls, and seven sushi restaurants, including Manhattan, L.A., and South Beach. The Japanese-style restaurant and bar at Red Rock Resorts will feature indoor and outdoor dining, with a traditional 12-seat walnut sushi bar, a roofed cocktail bar with patio seating, and a festive outdoor beer garden known as a Kanpai Garden.
