Railroad Pass Casino-Hotel is located about 20 miles southeast of the Strip, on I-515/US 93/95, just before US 95 turns south toward Laughlin and US 93 continues to Boulder City and Hoover Dam. It's a small crossroads joint that tries to attract passersby with a lot of promotions, including special buffets.
It's a small rudimentary smorgy that, according to the reviews, people either love or hate. On Yelp, for example, out of 10 reviews, 5 are one-star and 5 are 4-star. The prices are inviting, Friday seafood night with a player card) has AYCE king crab legs (which has been a consistently good deal over the years), Thursday is BBQ night, and Saturday/Sunday is a champagne brunch and prime rib dinner. All we can suggest is that you stop in, eyeball the spread, and if it looks worth trying, get a player's card for the discount.
