Based on its success in New York, when the Los Angeles branch of Catch opened a few years ago, so many celebrities flocked to the place that the owners had to hire a bouncer to man the door and keep the hoi polloi at bay.
The Las Vegas version opened in late October 2018 at Aria in the space previously occupied by Bar Masa with the same Asian influence for its sushi, steaks, and seafood as its sister restaurants (there's also one in Playa del Carmen, Mexico).
And if you have a group to feed, Catch has three private dining rooms and a large lounge.
Brunch: Sat & Sun, 10 a.m.-2 p.m.
