This restaurant was reviewed in the October 2008 LVA; some of the information contained in the review may no longer be accurate. Our sever told us that the Cantonese concoctions served in this new noodle bar originate in China’s southernmost province, known for its fine cuisine. Wherever it comes from, it’s among the best and least expensive of its kind in town. Here’s a telling comparison. In an LVA review of Noodle Asia at the Venetian, we recommended a dish called red wonton, which cost $8. Noodle Exchange serves red wonton too, only it’s better, bigger (seven wontons), and cheaper ($5.25). Another great dish is the ramen seafood kimchi soup for $12.95. Almost nothing on this menu costs more than $15.
