The menu at this 20+ year-old family restaurant (which supplies fresh pasta to many Strip casinos and is owned by a former personal chef to Frank Sinatra) includes plenty of vegetarian appetizers and entrées. Plus, while all wheat pastas are made fresh on the premises, the chefs also carry a limited amount of rice pasta -- call ahead if you require a gluten-free meal and they will do their best to accommodate you.
