Phil’s Italian Steak House offers from prime cuts of meat and mouth-watering seafood to classic Italian specialties. Private dining is available for parties up to forty people.

We went to the Steak House at Treasure Island to try an interesting prix fixe deal. For $30, you can order three items—appetizer, entrée, and side—from a set list. For $35, you get three items from a larger selection. And for $43, you order from a selection that’s larger yet. What’s odd is that rather than add only the extra choices under the higher prices, the whole previous list appears on subsequent levels, so you have to take care not to pay a higher price for a trio that you could have gotten for less. From the $35 level we put together a shrimp cocktail, a six-ounce filet, and sautéed mushrooms. The first level also offers a couple salads for starters; roasted chicken, scallops, or a Kobe burger for the entrée; and a dozen sides, including penne pasta and lobster risotto. Don’t go crazy with the drinks and you’re eatin’ good here for well under $100 per couple.
