Executive Chef Tony Le’s passion for Chicken Pho (Phở Gà) began at a young age. He grew up working at his parents' restaurant, the famous Cafe Pho Ga Thanh Thanh, perfecting the recipe and watching the restaurant grow to success. Chef Tony is ready to expand upon what his family started by sharing this iconic Phở Gà with the world.
