Uno Más Street Tacos + Spirits

Uno Mas Street Tacos + Spirits opened in March 2019 at SLS as part of the casino's $100 million renovation and it's evident that a fair amount of money was spent on this casual quick-bite eatery. An eight-seat counter looks right into the open shiny stainless-steel kitchen that puts out authentic Mexican street food. 

 

A dozen exotic tacos ($7 for one, $12 for two, $18 for three) include sweet-and-sour pork bellies, slow-cooked beef tongue, beer-braised short rib, braised lamb shoulder, and vegetarian (with cactus, maitake mushrooms, and roasted poblano). For appetizers, try chicharrones ($8), fried Brussel sprouts ($10), and ceviche ($14). Mexican sodas are $6 and there's a full bar.
