Vetri Cucina is located on the 56th floor of the Palms tower in the space previously occupied by Alizé. It's the first satellite restaurant for Marc Vetri, who has owned and operated the wildly popular restaurant of the same name in Philadelphia for 20 years and won the James Beard Award for Best Chef Mid-Atlantic in 2005. Vetri Cucina specializes in Italian fine dining and is known for outstanding pasta dishes.
