Reminiscent of the 1940's, Waverly's defines a signature steakhouse with its traditional menu of classic selections such as escargot and veal Oscar. Steaks and prime rib daily, king crab legs, oysters on the half shell, and South African lobster tails are also on the menu.

This restaurant was reviewed in the April 2003 LVA; some of the information contained in this review may no longer be accurate. It’s hard to get too excited about the steakhouse at the Cannery, given its pricing: Steaks start at $20, prime rib is $17 and $23, fish is $18-$23, and pasta is $14-$17. Our steaks were good, but dinner for two shouldn’t cost $100 before tip in a locals-casino steakhouse. The Cannery has improved its video poker selection and is running some good multiple-point promotions, so save Waverly’s for a splurge with club points or look for 2-for-1 offers that have been running in the local newspapers.
