Weekend Jazz Brunch

The Jazz Brunch is served in the Country Club restaurant, at the very back of the casino building beyond the shops, perched over the 18th hole of the golf course, with beautiful views of greens and waterfalls. You can sit on the patio if the weather's clement for the full effect.

At $68 per person, this is the second most expensive Sunday brunch in Las Vegas, after the Sterling at Bally's. Some brunch aficionados prefer this one, being nearly $30 less expensive, with a roving four-piece Dixieland jazz band that loves to take requests, the views, and even the food.

Favorites include giant prawns, crawfish and Andouille-sausage gumbo, king crab, shrimp and grits, fresh-smoked salmon, ceviche, crepes, and if they're still serving it, a grilled Wagyu beef hot dog, not to mention all-you-can-drink Champagne. 

Note that this brunch has a dress code: “business casual/no jeans.”
