This restaurant was reviewed in the June 2012 LVA; some of the information contained in the review may no longer be accurate. If a coffee shop, a Denny’s, and then a coffee shop again don’t cut it, you might as well try a burger joint. The three Wildfire casinos on Sunset, Boulder Highway, and N. Rancho have converted their coffee shops into Wildburgers. Hot dogs, wings, and salads, are available, but burgers are the feature and you can order them in all sorts of ways. The starting price is $6.99 for a half-pound burger (turkey and veggie burgers or chicken breast also available), then you pick your bun, trimmings, toppings, sauces, and sides. Everything is included except the toppings, which are $1 extra each. You can concoct a really fancy burger if you’re of a mind, or just go with the standard Wildburger for $7.99. Either way, these are real half-pounders and they’re stacked—you know, the kind of burgers that are so big, the bun invariably disintegrates. Eat in the restaurant or take ’em out and set up at the sports book. All three outlets are open 24 hours a day.
