Kevin, you are right on in your comment – it is more frugal to bet with your head than with your heart. Actually at the last Brad did decide to hedge the “sentimental” bets we made for our 3 kids. So he has a nice parlay ticket to cash (Saints and Under) that covers all the losing bets AND makes us a profit!

Very smart move to make the hedge bet. I figured the colts would win but had them only beating the Saints by 3 so I would have bet with the Saints if I had the opportunity. As the cubs always say–wait till next year as the colts are still a class act team.
