Do you think that playing VP helps with Brad’s cognitive abilities? I’ve read that people with dementia decline more slowly if their brains are kept as active as possible. Do you play games or do puzzles with him when you’re at home?

You could, maybe, log on to videopoker.com and practice playing with him. You can try out some fun games that you wouldn’t see (or want to play for real money) in the casino.

I really enjoy reading your stories. Brad’s situation is like my Mom’s was a number of years ago. I never quite figured out what triggered it, but occasionally the confusion would lift and everything just clicked. It’s wonderful when that happens.

So fantastic that Brad was able to join you in playing for a few hours this trip. Some of the best times that my wife and I have in Vegas is actually sitting next to each other playing and enjoying the time together.
